CRRC-MNG Rail System Vehicles Industry and Trade Co., Ltd., based in the People’s Republic of China, one of the world’s leading rail system vehicle manufacturers, CRRC Zhuzhou Electric Locomotive Co. Ltd. and in Türkiye, MNG Holding operating under MAPA Construction and Trade Inc. was established as a joint venture.

The CRRC-MNG Rail System Vehicles Industry and Trade Co., Ltd. production facility stands as a first of its kind in Türkiye, distinguished by its advanced technology, production capacity, and engineering infrastructure. Located in the Ankara Sincan 1st Organized Industrial Zone, the production facilities are built on a total area of 108,000 m², with the first phase commissioned in 2013.

With the completion of the first phase, CRRC-MNG has achieved the capability to manufacture high-tech rail system vehicles (stainless steel and aluminum body structures), electric locomotives, and electric buses. It has also developed the technical infrastructure and capacity to carry out testing and validation processes for these vehicles in accordance with international standards. With these production and testing capabilities, CRRC-MNG is positioned as a strong technology and manufacturing center, providing reliable, innovative, and sustainable transportation solutions both in Türkiye and in international markets.
